The way we work

Here at SI Works we are all about engaging our client's need to a tee, analysing what is needed and creatively putting the project at hand together.

Whether the project is large or small, black or white, flash or XHTML, we work to strict deadlines and collaborate online in order to supply the top solution for you.

  1. Workshop (If required)
A suggested workshop is held in order to ask question, throw some answers and get additional ideas out on the table in order for the project planning and database architecture to be 100%
  2. Project Planning
Included in the project plan is a detailed timeline and milestones that are to be met within the timeline.
  3. Database Architecture planning (If an extensive database driven application)
This would include a fully comprehensive database diagram and UML
  4. Technical & Functional specification
As written to detail the end result of the project ahead, including all technical aspects of the site and how they are to be tackled from a programming and database point of view.
  5. Project Plan review
Once the initial planning and database architecture has been done, we will review the project plan and re-adjust time-lines should they need to be
  6. Design process
Once the project plan has been fully completed, our creative work starts, the design process. Our designers will come up with an initial web concept design to be presented.
  7. Development
The development starts, our developers get going on the programming side of things, and bring the project plan and technical specification, along with the design to life
  8. Testing
A set client testing phase is allocated in order for client to make sure that the specification has been met and that all aspects of the website or application are in working order.
  9. Bug Fixing
Time to fix any bugs or errors that may have been found during the testing phase
